Standard Cancellation Terms
Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking up to 5 days before your scheduled departure and receive a full refund, no questions asked.
Late Cancellation (within 5 days): If you cancel less than 5 days before your trip, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Same-Day or No-Show: Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, or failure to arrive at the meeting point on time, are considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Weather Conditions
Your safety and comfort always come first. If weather or sea conditions make sailing unsafe or unpleasant, we offer:
Rescheduling: We’ll first try to arrange a new date or time that works for you.
Full Refund: If rescheduling isn’t possible or doesn’t fit your plans, you’ll receive a full refund, regardless of when you cancel.
